How do in-store returns and exchanges work?
1. You can either return a product for a credit note or exchange a product for an item of the same value, within 14 days of purchase.  Please make sure your returns are in their original condition and packaging, and do include the original payment receipt.
2. If a product is defective, we will first try to repair it; if it cannot be repaired, we will be happy to exchange it for a new one. However, if it cannot be exchanged for some reason, we will refund its total value.
3. For hygienic reasons, no exchange will be offered on lingerie, underwear and accessories.

If I don’t use the full value of the Splash Voucher in one visit, do I get credit for the remainder?
No, sorry. Gift Vouchers are for one-time use and aren’t reusable. If the total value of a Gift Voucher isn’t used in a single transaction, the remaining value becomes null and can’t be used in a subsequent transaction.

How do I redeem my Gift Voucher?
You can use your Splash Gift Voucher to pay fully or partly for any Splash product at any Splash store. Redeeming the voucher is simple – just present it at the time of billing. If the value of your purchase is greater than the value of the voucher, you can pay the balance using another payment method such as Debit or Credit card, or cash. Splash Gift Vouchers can be used for one transaction only, so any remaining balance cannot be used at another time.
